Flow EQ Basin Dredging: Hydraulic dredging of the Flow Equalization (EQ) Basin and subsequent thickening and dewatering of the dredged material. Construction of a laydown area to contain the geotextile tubes for the dewatering of the dredged and thickened material removed from the Flow EQ Basin.
Flow EQ Basin: The work includes the installation of floating aeration equipment, associated anchoring system, and electrical components.
UV Disinfection System Facility: Construction of a new UV Disinfection System Facility, complete with all structural, mechanical, and electrical components. The equipment at the new UV Facility shall be furnished by the City of Monroe and installed by the Contractor per this Project. Requirements include demolition of the existing UV Disinfection System Facility equipment and piping, installation of a new flow meter in a concrete structure, and miscellaneous civil/ site and electrical work.
