LEMOINE has been engaged to deliver a third Amazon facility for Seefried. Located on an existing agricultural field, this 64,750 facility will be constructed on timber pile deep foundations and slab on grade utilizing a tilt-up concrete system. Additional scope includes a joist and metal deck roof structure with TPO roofing, ESFR sprinkler system with diesel fire pump and fire water tanks, heavy and light duty concrete, and asphalt paving.
