We are providing structural concrete services for the construction of a new two-story charter school serving Kindergarten through 8th grade students. Our scope includes the elevator pit, three stairwells, approximately 1,200 LF of grade beams, 13 spread footings, 41,000 SF of slab-on-grade for the main building and gymnasium, 26,000 SF of slab on metal deck, and 76 concrete tilt-up panels. This project represents our first collaboration with Ryan Companies, establishing a foundation for a strong, long-term partnership.
