LEMOINE Infrastructure provided structural concrete services for the construction of a new two-story K–8 charter school. Our completed scope included the elevator pit, three stairwells, approximately 1,200 LF of grade beams, 13 spread footings, 41,000 SF of slab-on-grade for the main building and gymnasium, 26,000 SF of slab on metal deck, and 76 concrete tilt-up panels. Through careful coordination and execution, LEMOINE delivered the structural concrete components essential to the successful completion of this educational facility.
