The project involved removal of existing taxiway Delta and relocation of taxiway Delta. The project included removing 9,000 CYDS of unclassified excavation, replacing with 10,000 CYDS of off-site borrow material. It also included the installation of 480 LF of new 24” storm drainage piping. The new taxiway is 14” Concrete Pavement with an asphalt base course and asphalt shoulders. New lighting was installed along the new taxiway. The owner accepted an additive alternate to replace the existing runway edge lighting to new LED Lighting.
