This project involves the phased demolition and reconstruction of wastewater treatment infrastructure. It begins with the demolition of the existing WWTP #1, followed by the construction of a new 1 MGD wastewater treatment plant equipped with blowers, pumps, and essential process equipment. Scope includes the installation of new influent screens, relocation of an existing belt filter press, construction of a new site lift station, and implementation of a new ultraviolet disinfection unit. The project also encompasses associated civil, electrical, and control system work, as well as the construction of a septage receiving station. Upon successful startup and commissioning of the new plant, WWTP #2 and #3 will be demolished, with final site restoration and cleanup completing the project.
