LEMOINE has been selected as Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) for the East Jefferson General Hospital Masterplan Projects. This $70M project involves improvements to the Surgery Department, Critical Care Units, Bone Marrow/ Stem Cell Transplant Unit, and the Women and Newborn Care Department.

LEMOINE Infrastructure participated in the East Jefferson General Hospital Emergency Department Addition + Renovation, which took place simultaneously to the start of the Masterplan Projects. This project was carried out in two phases, entailing a two-story 4,498 SF addition and 17,836 SF renovation of the existing emergency and human resource departments. The addition will serve as a new entrance, waiting, and triage area for the freshly renovated emergency department. The project also includes associated sitework and infrastructure upgrades to facilitate the new addition entrance.
