LEMOINE Infrastructure provided concrete construction services for the expansion of EPIC Piping, LLC’s facility in Livingston, Louisiana. The completed project included spread footings, pedestals, grade beams, and slab-on-grade foundations for a new 60,000 SF cutting and fabrication shop, shop office addition, RT Cell, and 16,000 SF loading bay. LEMOINE also installed approximately 79,000 SF of 8-inch-thick concrete paving, delivering the structural foundations and site improvements necessary to support EPIC Piping’s expanded operations.
