LEMOINE Infrastructure provided concrete construction services for the Jeff Davis Substation project, one of 11 substations included in a broader contract across Cameron and Calcasieu Parishes. LEMOINE’s scope included the installation of pile cap and pedestal foundations supporting critical electrical infrastructure.

The project was part of a larger effort to repair and harden storm-damaged electrical systems and utility lines, improve system redundancies, and strengthen the electrical grid against future storm events. Through the construction of durable foundation systems, LEMOINE helped support the long-term resilience and reliability of critical infrastructure throughout the region.
