LEMOINE provided concrete construction services for a new 93,767 SF, five-story clinic office building for North Oaks in Hammond, Louisiana. Our scope included furnishing approximately 22 tons of reinforcing steel for auger-cast-in-place concrete piles, chipping piles to the required elevations, and excavating shallow foundations to design depth. LEMOINE also furnished, tied, and installed reinforcing steel and placed and finished cast-in-place concrete for the shallow foundations, slab-on-grade, and elevated slabs on deck at Levels 2 through 5. To connect the new facility to the existing campus, site concrete improvements included 7-inch concrete pavement, 4-inch sidewalks, and 6-inch pin-on curb. The project included approximately 3,765 cubic yards of concrete.
