The scope of Project July involved comprehensive civil and earthwork for the construction of a new 3.8 million SF fulfillment center at the former Cortana Mall site, previously demolished by LEMOINE. Work included demolition, building pad preparation, site grading, pond excavation, installation of storm drainage systems, domestic and fire water utilities, sewer utilities, asphalt paving, site furnishings, striping, signage, and more.
