The second project for The Conlan Company, serving a national e-commerce client, involves the construction of a 150,000 SF Distribution Warehouse located in Elmwood, Louisiana. The scope of work includes comprehensive site preparation, which entails topsoil stripping and haul-off to ready the site for subsequent construction activities. Following this, a sand/stone building pad will be established to provide a stable foundation for the warehouse.
Infrastructure installation is a key component of the project, including the implementation of storm drainage systems to effectively manage water runoff and the installation of water and sewer systems to meet the operational needs of the facility. Additionally, the project encompasses the construction of a sand/stone base for concrete paving throughout the site to ensure durability and functionality.
The project is scheduled to be completed within 210 days from the commencement date.
