Major earthwork includes a 30,000 cubic yard cut & fill operation, sludge transfer, filling of existing ponds, 8,000 cubic yards of structural excavation and backfill/berm construction. Efficient design of a single cast in place concrete structure includes two clarifiers, four aeration cells, two digester cells; this structure includes 1,280 cubic yards of concrete. Process includes a cast in place headworks structure with screening and grit removal capability, UV disinfection, blowers, sludge pumping and sludge storage equipment.
